A quotation is prepared for the project details shared with Sarkar Printer. It should state the agreed product, quantity, dimensions, paper or material, colours, finish, price, taxes, payment terms, production schedule, and delivery or collection arrangement.

A job is confirmed only after the customer accepts the quotation and the agreed proof or specification in writing. Any estimate on this website is general information and is not a final offer.

The customer is responsible for supplying artwork and copy they are entitled to use, and for checking names, numbers, spelling, image placement, legal statements, and other content before approval.

Where a proof is provided, review it at actual size where practical and check folds, trims, colour expectations, and finishing details. Production follows the approved proof and written specification.

Paper, board, ink, coating, lamination, and finishing options depend on the product, artwork, quantity, and production method. We confirm the available specification for each job in the quotation.

Printed colour can vary with substrate, lighting, screen settings, and production conditions. If colour matching is critical, discuss a physical reference or agreed colour target before confirming the job.

Changes requested after proof approval or after production begins may affect price and schedule. Contact Sarkar Printer promptly so the current production stage and options can be reviewed.

If you believe an order differs from the written specification or approved proof, contact us with the order details and clear photographs so the issue can be assessed. Any remedy will be handled under the quotation and applicable law.

Production and delivery timing depend on artwork readiness, proof approval, selected materials and finishes, quantity, and destination. A date is confirmed only when it appears in the accepted quotation or written job confirmation.

Delivery or collection arrangements are agreed for each order. Do not rely on an unconfirmed website estimate as a guaranteed date.
